Keeping track of regular subscription orders can get messy, especially when you have several customers regularly ordering different products. If your system doesn’t enter those subscription orders automatically, you have to manually enter them on every agreed-upon cycle.
With aACE, you can set up a regular subscription order plan using the Recurring Transactions module. aACE will automatically generate an order record on the specified date or cycle so you don’t have to.
Interface Spotlight
In aACE’s Recurring Transactions module, you can configure a recurring order to include the same items and any other details that pertain to the order. You can also adjust the recurring transaction’s level of automation depending on your workflows. These adjustments can include auto-opening records or auto-closing records throughout the order process. When it comes to scheduling and termination, aACE’s robust logic helps you keep your recurring order on track. You can choose start, end, and next cycle dates. You can also choose how often the order generates. You can set when the order’s auto-generation should be terminated. This can either be a date or when a certain transaction amount is fulfilled. aACE also provides a space for you to specify which team member should receive notices about this recurring order.
aACE in Action: Regular School Supply Order
Suppose a school district orders a certain amount of student art bundles every year for its schools that need them. Because each school receives their art supplies at different times, the school district orders an estimated number of art bundles before every school year. It then distributes them to the schools that need new art supplies without collecting an exact number of bundles needed.
A member of aACME Educational Solutions creates a recurring order in the Recurring Transactions module. They enter the school district’s name, the number of desired art bundles, and set the recurring cycle to every year on the same date. When that date arrives, aACE automatically creates the order for the school district. aACE then automatically opens the order for the school district based on preferences the aACME team member set for the recurring transaction.
Configuring recurring orders is just one feature of aACE that helps you automate your recurring transactions. Read more about Order Management.
